How we handle your data
This page describes exactly what the site does: which fields you send us, which analytics run on the pages, where enquiries go and how to ask us to delete everything. It covers the technical side; for the legal basis and retention periods in your jurisdiction, write to us.
What you send us
The enquiry form takes your name and a contact (phone or messenger) — both required. Optionally, if you fill them in: preferred travel dates, a message and your preferred way to be reached.
Sent alongside: the address of the page you submitted from, the interface language and campaign tags from the link (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content). This lets the manager know which property you mean and shows us which advertising works.
Where the enquiry goes
It goes to our internal work portal, where a manager sees it, and at the same time reaches the owner as a Telegram notification. It goes nowhere else: we do not pass or sell contacts to ad networks, data brokers or other agencies.
The content of an enquiry is not written to the site's technical logs. If delivery fails, the log records only a request id, the topic and the error class — none of which can reconstruct your name or contact.
The site runs on Vercel, so requests physically pass through its servers. Notifications are delivered by Telegram.
What we do NOT collect
We never ask for or accept passport details, bank details, card numbers or documents. If a transaction requires them, a licensed lawyer or the bank requests them directly — not through this site.
There is no sign-up here and we store no passwords. The closed analytics platform is a separate product with its own login.
Analytics and cookies
Google Analytics 4 and Vercel's built-in analytics load ONLY after you consent — until you answer the question at the bottom of the page, not a single request reaches them. Once you consent, they count visits, referral sources and form submissions as an event; Google sets its own cookies and processes the data on its side.
Declining and the browser's do-not-track setting (Do Not Track, Global Privacy Control) mean the same thing: analytics is not loaded at all. With do-not-track on, we do not even ask — you have already answered by configuring it. You can change your mind at any time via the «Data settings» link in the footer. The site sets no cookies of its own, neither for the theme nor for consent — both choices live in the browser's localStorage and are never sent anywhere.
How to have your data deleted
Email us from the same contact you left, or name it in the message. We will delete the enquiry and the related correspondence from the portal and confirm by reply. No justification needed.
Changes
If the way we work changes, this page changes with it. Where a change affects enquiries already sent, we will notify the people concerned using the contact they left.
